Wariowareish.

Took me a few tries to do it, but I eventually ended up with a score of 712. Great fast-paced game.

Cool

Slick graphics and overall casual feel, but there are just a few minor quips I have for this game.
There's no save function, though that's really not that big of a problem.
The main thing is that you've decided to combine EXP and health; when I enter a bubble with lots of rapid-fire enemies, a tank with one of those purple slow-down bullets gets me, and the rest of the tanks just rain down hell on me, causing me to lose waaaay more experience than I get. I can go from just 2 bubbles away from levelling up, to 200 bubbles. Perhaps, in Bubble Tanks 3, you could add a limit to how much you can lose in one field before you're ejected?
Otherwise, an all-around solid game. 9/10, 5/5.

Yes, the key is not to get hit by those purple bullets.

That said, you're right, you can definitely lose a lot of life in a fast amount of time. The game does address this, although in a very subtle way. If you have backtracked significantly, the game will alter which enemies you get as you enter new bubblefields, so that you can get back on track.

Don't believe me? Get up to 3rd tier or something, and then try losing ALL of your life. See how long it takes you to get back to where you were. I think you'll be surprised.

Decent

Graphics could use a little more polish. Gameplay is fun for a while, but gets repetitive. Overall, though, a nice little distraction, especially with the over-the-top attitude.

One thing, though. I found it kind of annoying that the car's gun is mounted to the left side. Often, my aim is lopsided because of that. It's a minor quip, but it's there.

9/10, 5/5

Overly complicated

Rather confusing, but it's a nice short distraction. Could be better if it was faster-paced, and maybe you can get rid of the whole different-bullets thing and just have a regular shot that does everything one-at-a-time (Or, in other words, make it a more traditional shooter). The story was a nice touch. Overall, a seven out of ten and three out of five.

Fun

Great graphics and tone, but the game is sort of shallow. Once up to a point, I can play the game by spam-ordering EVERYTHING, and my income will still rise. There's little challenge.

Still, fun for a while. 8/10, 4/5.

Excellent

A good chunk of the game was clearly inspired by Smash Bros, and like SSB, this game rocks.

Simple and sweet

Very simple mechanics in a quick and fun game. The graphics are great, thanks to Dan Paladin. Kept tension through the whole game, but just a tad short. Lots of personality was a nice touch.

Amusing

A nice little distraction. Obviously shallow, but depth wasn't the intention here. Overall, amusing.

I got a 68; It's easy to get high scores by holding the mouse with your right hand, and then mashing the button with two fingers from your left hand.
