Sweet

Great song. Needs just a tad more background and accompaniment, though. Otherwise, fantastic.

dj-KDUB responds:

haha. thanks. i still can't believe i busted this one out in less than 2 days

Epic

Epic is the only word I can use to describe the feel of this song. I can see this being used for so many epic flashes, if it were exposed a bit more. You still got more exposure than I do, though, haha.

dj-KDUB responds:

haha. yeah i dont even know why. my stuff isn't that great. but honestly, this is my favorite song. i wish more people knew about it. i think im going to do a remake of this song when i get nexus. It feels like it needs a bit more depth, and its a little short

Clubbin.

You've got a pretty slick beat there. I like the synth that comes in at around :40, but it kinda lowers in volume suddenly. I was expecting it to take over the lead, but ah well. The song has a strong foundation, but needs just a tad more variation.

dj-KDUB responds:

wow. yeah a lot of people have said that. i dont know how to make climaxes though. they're the hardest part for me. thanks for the review!

Cool

It didn't really sound that techno-ish in the intro. This song does a really nice job of transitioning and transcending genres. The main melody does get a tad repetitive at points, but you managed to rectify that problem somewhat with the accompaniment. The rest of the beat is just so sick.

dj-KDUB responds:

haha. thank you very much. i had a lot of fun making this one.

Cool.

Great foundation here, reminds me a bit of Rob Dougan's Clubbed to Death, but needs a little more background/bass. The claps also feel a tad too artificial, but that's minor. And, SPEED RACER REFERENCE LULZ!!!

Michael425 responds:

That's exactly the song I thought it sounded like after I posted it on Newgrounds.

Thanks for teh review

Jumperish!

Reminds me of The Jumper by Waterflame. Really sweet synths used here. Nice perky mood and no real problems other than it being a bit short. Nicely done.

Michael425 responds:

Wow, it sounds exactly the same. That is just scary.

I wanted to make sure that it had the happy tune in it.

Thanks man

Sweet

A great song. The name would lead me to think that you would set up a huge build-up or something like that, but there weren't any thresholds crossed (IE: The energy remained rather constant throughout), which was slightly dissapointing. >_>

Still, a very solid core.

Michael425 responds:

haha, yes, I know this somewhat lacked a true climax, but I am working on that for my new songs.

Thanks for the review

Cool

Nicely mellow. Would work great as a "prelude" song in a flash series. The static sounds every once in a while make it sound more "cinema"ish.
Takes just a tad too long to build up, though, and can get a little repetitive on its own (As in, feels like it's designed to go with a movie/some text, and something's a bit missing when it's not).

Also, I think the genre should be Trance, but that's just me.

Great work.

Maltloaf responds:

I guess it's nice to have the choice - if someone ever did use it, they'd probably chop any dead space off the start. :)

Back then I had a thing for really long intros. I remember one that ran to 12 minutes with a four minute intro, although I seem to have lost that file at some point. Probably for the best. :p

Great

Just a question: What did you make this in?

DavidOrr responds:

Cubase 4, thanks for the review!

Awesome.

Freaking awesome in every way. Your efforts really paid off here. I could really see lyrics added to this. It's on par with most of the songs played on the radio.

Cebster responds:

hahah thanks man =}
